A lot of companies use the same unique selling points (USPs) to try and convert potential customers. "We give excellent customer service".

Solopreneurs, and specifically Virtual Assistants, are facing their own financial challenges, with many finding the very businesses whose success they once aided and abetted are rejecting them for cheaper overseas competition.
